I heard from someone else that those guys, er... suck out souls.

[ she's really only calm about this because she's already flailed. ]

Well that's...lovely. And having your soul sucked up means you end up in strange nightmare land, apparently.

It means we're not dead, so that's one point in our favor. But I don't think staying here for too long is a good idea.

[ Rise hesitates, pressing her hands together against her chest. Stare long enough and the air will briefly shimmer around her, before she points in a random direction. ]
