I work for Smarthinking, which was acquired by Pearson, but really I do most of my work through the TutorVista portal, which was acquired by Smarthinking? Or maybe Smarthinking was acquired by Tutorvista which was acquired by Pearson? I don't know. All I know is that we got a hilarious email yesterday about the Pineapple story that used phrases like "Nationally normed tests, like Pearson’s SAT-10, are often used by states in conjunction with their customized state assessments to benchmark their performance."

Can't kids just read books anymore?
