Playground rocks

We rock!  I'm still sore from playing/working out on the playground yesterday.  We are doin it again soon.  I'll look at playgrounds differently from now on ( Read more... )

I think you got everything.
We should get some other stuff...Maybe I will look into a medicine ball we could throw back and forth to each other and some jump ropes.

I had so much fun dude, and I can totally feel it my legs.

Next Thursday or Monday work for you?

Monday we'd have to finish by about 7:15, if that works for you. And Thursday for sure.

sweet, i am glad the playground's working out for ya.

in the interest of making it a bit less upper-body focused...if yr playground has see-saws, stand on them on pretend like yr sufing. stand in the middle & try to balance out the sides...good workout for yr core & legs. also hilarious at first.

I have a Pivit (like a Bongo board/balance board) for this, and it's also fun to do pushups on.
