yeah walking slow and enjoy the view should be forbidden....just meaningless...."oh isn't a wonderful weather today"

And there's simply no good thing to look at when walking in public, I prefer taking the bus when I'm going somewhere..then I can read a book or something at least...so I don't have to look at people or out of the window or something else stupid...
