What do you mean by meta? I am comfortable writing reviews of tracks, provided I have the correct track list, I have seen different numbering of the background music tunes in the different zips I grabbed.
What I have a little problem with is that the same 'track' can contain different tunes. Don't know why this is done. I understand this is not uncommon (other anime soundtracks are like that) but I would have preferred to have them split into single tunes

Meta is a fan term for all sorts of reviews, "academic" thoughts or argumentation in regards to a fandom canon. As such, meta concerning the music could be everything from an analysis of main numbers (like the opening and ending tunes) to a collection of thoughts on the background music for certain scenes or even a discussion of the voices of the various singers.
If you want to start out lightly, perhaps something like a review of the main songs of the soundtrack? I know that I would be very interested in reading something like that. :)

With ROV it's impossible because some in some tracks you have 3 tunes together that sometimes have nothing to do with each other
