No, you're right, with it being public I put a warning. I totally wasn't expecting that when my friend emailed it to me and I sat here bawling. I've been going back and forth wondering if Cass was really ready for the booster, and I think I got my answer. They are going on a 6 hr road trip with my parents this weekend and I was going to put both carseats in anyway.

How do you like the Regent? I haven't compared it to the Marathon yet, so I don't know size limits etc.

Britax says you shouldn't use the LATCH system for children over 48 lbs-I remember this because I was surprised, I didn't realize there was a cut-off.
Kyler has a Parkway too, he loves it!

well for some unknown reason our van only has one seat with LATCH...I know..wth is that about?! We don't have Vance in that seat though, we have him in the middle of the middle...we have 3 rows of seating so I feel even without LATCH he is safter in the middle of the van since he is the smallest of them all. The girls are in the very back.

If/when we have a baby we'll put Vance in the LATCH seat and the baby in the middle....

Oh how sad, I cried hysterically through out the whole thing. Poor baby, I am so thankful for her sharing this with me along with millions of parents. I went to his website and lit a candle thanking them.

Gio has a britax but I just saw it only goes up to 33lbs so with that said I will not invest in an booster seat however will get the one this mom recommends that goes up to 80lbs, I have time but once the new baby needs to get into the britax then I will give him Gio and then get Gio a new Britax!
