I'm sick (sinus infection and tension headache), so for dinner today I carved up an apple, ate it, then heated up some chicken broth. When it was done cooking I poured it into a mug, stretched out on my couch, and sipped at it while I finished reading the Golden Compass.

I feel like I'm eight years old.
