It's really sad, but the parents of some of the kids I teach definitely do not understand the last sentence you posted. They had kids for all the wrong reasons. They don't know how to be real parents. It's not in their blood. It's not a calling for them. It was the next "logical" step in a pre-planned trajectory of life that included going to THIS college, getting THIS engagement ring, etc.

Oh my goodness, I cannot get over the cuteness of the first picture. So freakin' cute to see his little chub self in his footsie pjs. How freakin' cute is that. I mean really, HOW FREAKIN' CUTE IS THAT! He looks like a little cherub. I can just tell how soft his hair is. Oh I love that hair. I love his hair. And the last picture, makes me cry. I will stop being a baby creeper now. But that chub, oh I love him.
