Nooo. The program sounded so good. Well, look at it this way, you can put it on a resume, and it least it'll probably /sound/ pretty presitigious. The world of theatre, much like the rest of the world, is probably full of petty bullshit and drama and dumb people. The problems you've been describing, you'll be dealing with them all your life to some extent no matter where you go. So just look at this as training to prepare for that.
