Ah recess duty... how I love thee.

Overheard today at recess, while playing football with a bunch of 4th Grade girls:

- Multiple OOFs, GRFFs, and D'OH!s as the ball bounced off of/sailed through hands, fingers, legs, arms, heads, shoulders, and hips. If you have seen Scrat in the movie ICE AGE, that is exactly what they sounded like

I love that my current job still gives me the joy of recess. It feels great to get out there and run around with the kids, especially when they can make me laugh so hard I can't stand up.

I'm glad. I get so much joy from them, I hope that when I write about them other people do to.

Don't get me wrong, there is angst and woe at my job... but the little moments make all the difference.
