Given that it’s John that’s talking about Torchwood’s return, I think it’s a safe bet the Captain will be back. The real question is, given how depleted the cast is now, who will be joining the show and how are they gonna fix the mess Rusty left?

WOHOOO torchwood 4!! although Torchwood 2 has not even been aired here yet *pouts* I am glad to see that the show will continue, wonder who the new characters will be.
