The only changes I made : I upped the pumpkin to about 3/4th of a cup, added more cinnamon and 3 tables spoons more sugar to give it that Belgian snap to the waffle.

Dinner is gonna KICK butt.

I just found a pumpkin waffle recipe online that is AMAZING. I added 3 extra tablespoons of sugar to give it that Belgian snap and a bit more pumpkin and cinnamon than they ask. The kids are demanding more, I'm outta milk and butter, but unsocialpyrate 's due home with both soon...
