a)      Great way to meet people, if you are also willing to meet those people in person. It’s a good idea to have a presence both offline and online.

b)      When you meet people at clubs or events, they very well may ask you what your screenname is on

these are excellent points with online networking! However, I am happy to meet people and exchange LJs usernames... I have met really crummy ppl via CollarMe and so I am no longer comfy with using it... but that's me...
