Ever since mid-May--however many months that is--I have had little or no sleep on certain days of the week. There isn't any specific rhyme or reason for these incidents--it just happens. Some nights I don't go to sleep until well past 5 am--and get up around 8 am again. Sometimes I nap, but many times I don't have any extra sleep during the day.
