I've never had corn pudding before. Is it something with milk and eggs in it that you bake?

I hope everyone enjoyed the cassssserole! I miss eating that with you. =)

That looks tasty, but the one my mother taught me is sweet. I think it's a country North Carolina thing, because not many people outside have ever heard of it. The corn pudding I made was confused for a dessert and put with the pies. So no one ate it. But Brandon's pleased because he gets to have it all to himself, now.

Recipe for backwoods-downhome-North-Carolina-corn-pudding:
1 can of drained whole kernel yellow corn
1 can of creamed yellow corn
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 stick of butter melted
1 cup of milk
3/4 cup of sugar
2 Tbl flour

Bake at 350 for 30-45 min (or until the center isn't liquidy).
