Brandon has to work on Thanksgiving, because he's the "new guy." Also he's working on Christmas day. I guess that's part of a 24 hour company - somebody has to work the shit shifts. At least he's getting paid well

That looks tasty, but the one my mother taught me is sweet. I think it's a country North Carolina thing, because not many people outside have ever heard of it. The corn pudding I made was confused for a dessert and put with the pies. So no one ate it. But Brandon's pleased because he gets to have it all to himself, now.
Recipe for backwoods-downhome-North-Carolina-corn-pudding: 1 can of drained whole kernel yellow corn 1 can of creamed yellow corn 1/2 tsp vanilla 2 eggs 1/2 stick of butter melted 1 cup of milk 3/4 cup of sugar 2 Tbl flour
Bake at 350 for 30-45 min (or until the center isn't liquidy).
