You go, girl. And of course I don't regret reading it, you goof! Props for wanting to be a teacher...I've been around teachers all my life, and that's why I can't be a teacher. I feel students have lost their respect for teachers so much. But maybe that's also because my parents are elementary school and middle school teachers...not that the attitude changes much to college these days.

I miss you too Colleen, and I do agree with the respect issue, I think a lot of people maybe even the majority might not appreciate/give their teachers the respect they deserve, but then the nerds (kind of like me) and maybe even you make everything worth it. I still talk to some of my high school teachers and my SMP advisor, and I can only hope that my students will want to visit me, even when I'm not their teacher anymore.
