There is a group of foods that cause a histamine reaction, chocolate and alcohol are big ones, in everyone? And that most of my symptoms can be laid on the doorstep of a high histamine load? I'll see if my doctor agrees with me tomorrow!

Pretty sad really - I went on vacation two weeks ago and bought a bottle of Dutch Chocolate wine and a bottle of Dutch Chocolate Expresso wine. It is really a shame I'm going to have to drink it all tonight before the doctor says I can't - or I could save it for experimental purposes at camping events :)
