This is embarrassing. No wonder we have the president we have. Still I wonder how many people they cut out who got it right just for the sake of a biased video piece.
First of all, the Prime Minister of Australia doesn't appear in our newspapers or on our newsprograms much (I've never seen him), so why would the majority of people know that some guy in a nice suit with video cameras and a crew following him around might NOT be who he says he is. And I don't think they all believed him anyway.
Second of all, they probably asked the dumbest-looking people they could find about the rest of the stuff: ditsy young girls, violence-happy teenage boys, a homeless guy(!), a toothless hick, a crazy loudmouth asshole, a bible-thumper, a right-wing bitter old man, etc. These people do NOT represent the educated masses in this country.
This was so slanted that I can't even take it seriously. And you're right, they probably cut out all the people who answered intelligently.
