I don't care if it's been done, but I want to do it.

I'll need somewhat of a crew, but you guys would love to do it anyways (I don't know.  I'm just guessing.  Haha.)

Yeah.  I have a plan and an idea. 
It'll involve going up to strangers.

It's an idea to just go around and filming the interactions people have with each other. And ask like "What's your dream" and then splicing it all together.
