Thanks. :( We just went to the SPCA and they weren't there, and we put flyers up all over the neighborhood and are talking to our neighbors. My poor babies.

Pets are considered personal property (at least in California) so if someone stole your puppy, and you think you know who it is, you can file a police report and have them check it out. I hope you get your pup back. That's really sad. :(
