this may sound silly but what brand of nasal spray do you use? is it an over the counter drug or do i have to get a prescription for it? i also have allergic rhinitis. it usually attacks early morning and late at night.bummer. :s

it does not sound silly at all, hehe. i use nasonex.. i spray it every morning. it's an OTC medicine, and it's quite expensive :( but it's effective. after regular use, you'll notice that your allergy doesn't bother you too much anymore.

for emergency purposes, i use drixine nasal spray - but that doesn't really help treat the allergy. it only "unclogs" the nose :)
