Generation 4 Sibling Updates: Annette

Mar 27, 2010 14:39

 Hello everyone, and welcome back to the Richmond Legacy! Before Sydney starts her life as the mother of the fifth generation, we're just going to catch up a little with all of her older siblings as they start (or in Brooklyn's case, continue) to have children themselves. First up we'll visit Annette and her husband Josh!

Generation 4 Sibling Updates: Annette

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
-- Hey Annette honey!! I missed you so much!
Annette: "Yeah yeah, I missed you too. Can you shush for a sec? I'm calling Josh."
-- Oh, I see how it is. Fine.
Josh came over right away, of course. I knew he was completely smitten with Annette :)
Annette hadn't been able to propose to Josh before because she'd lived in a full household. Now, however, there were no such restrictions.
Annette: "Josh Scott, I knew from the moment I saw you playing with your hand puppets that I wanted to make you my husband. Will you make me the happiest woman in the world and marry me?"
Josh: "OMFG!"
Annette: "So...?"
Josh: "Duh! Yes!!!!"
Annette: "I'm so glad!"
Unfortunately Josh took off running right afterward, so Annette passed the time waiting by working out.
Annette: "What? I have to work towards my LTW."
-- Just admit it - you're afraid Josh won't love you if you're fat.
Annette: "Am not! I am way more mature than that."
-- Mmhmm...
Annette: "He couldn't come over last night, so I had to wait ALL THE WAY til now to invite him over. Ugh! And I have to eat breakfast before I call him!"
-- Whine, whine, whine. Give me a break, will you?
Soon enough Josh came over, and the lovebirds shared a cute private wedding outside.
Josh: "Nothing like a wedding in the great outdoors!"
In case you forgot, Annette is Disciplined, Artistic, Neat, and a Loner (she got the deleted-trait glitch >:/ ), and her LTW is to achieve Physical Perfection. Josh is Ambitious, Childish, Neat, and a Great Kisser who Loves the Outdoors, and he wants to be Leader of the Free World.
So naturally he was immediately sent to get a job in the Political career.
Josh: "Yippee! I'm a podium polisher now!!!"
-- I knew I'd like you :)
Annette joined the Law Enforcement career. I thought it'd help with her Athletic skill. Plus it reminds me of the good old days when Charlie was alive.
Josh: "Isn't this room a little..... pink?"
Annette: "It's so romantic though." *sigh*
Josh: "You wanna...?"
Annette: "Yes."
........
Annette: "Thanks for finding the cheat code so you could buy me one of these without going to China!"
-- Once again, you're not supposed to tell the readers I used cheats!
Annette: "That was Billy last time, not me."
-- Whatever. But hey, those kicks are looking a lot better than back when you were a teenager, and you tried to do karate with your high heels on. lol xD
Annette: "Thanks for making dinner dear. Sorry I couldn't eat with you."
Josh: "No problem honey. I've just got to go check on something anyway."
-- What is there to check?
Josh: "Shh! Don't give away my secret!"
Josh: "I have a secret love for kids' toys."
-- Hehe >:) I may have to share this with your wife.
Josh: "No! Please don't! I'll never hear the end of it!"
-- Annette...? What are you doing up? It's like 2 in the morning.
Annette: "I feel funny..."
Annette: "Oh boy. Here it comes..."
Annette: "Blaaahhhhbarfingisdisgustingbarffffffff!"
-- You look pretty cheerful for someone who has just puked their guts out.
Annette: "Come on, I watched Mom be pregnant like four times. I know what the puking means."
-- Hehe maaaaaybe.... ;)
Later that morning...
Josh: "Thanks for making breakfast sweetie. It's delicious."
Annette: "I can't look at this. Be right back."
Annette: "BlaaarfhowisthereanythinginmystomachwhenIalreadybarfeditallup?blaaaahhh!"
-- Caught you!!! Nothing escapes me you know.
Josh: "This mirror is just so fun!"
He reminds me of Sydney.
Josh: "Heyyy, hot stuff! You're lookin' sexy in those PJ's."
-- Why don't you practice your speech so you can get a promotion?
Josh: "No, I don't wanna!"
-- Do it!
Josh: "No!"
-- Yes!
Josh: "Fine. But you can't make me be happy about it."
Annette: "You got me an easel!!!! *sniff* How NICE of you!!!!"
-- Hormonal much? Yeesh!
Annette: "OH! That explains the mood swings! I have to tell Josh. JOSH!!!!!!!! GET THE HELL OVER HERE!!!"
Annette: *thinking* Wait, why did I decide to tell him again? What if he freaks out? Oh, he's going to leave me!! He doesn't want to be a father! He hates kids!
-- For God's sake, he's Childish, he loves kids. Now just tell him!
Annette: "Fine. But since when can you hear my thoughts?"
-- Since I was the one to make them up, which is since forever.
Annette: "Josh honey... Don't freak out okay?"
Annette: "But.... I'm going to have a pair of shoes!!!! I mean a baby!!!!"
Josh: "No way! Honey that's great!!!"
Josh: "I think I can hear it!!"
-- Technically it's still in the first trimester which means it's like, a little zygote or whatever. So I don't think you can hear it because it's not really doing anything.
Josh: "You're such a killjoy!"
-- I know.
Now that she was pregnant, this was the only type of exercise Annette could engage in...
Meanwhile Josh was reading a pregnancy book.
-- You're such a good husband Joshie!
Josh: "Can you not call me that?"
-- Why not? It's kinda cute!
Josh: "... No. It's not."
-- You're such a good husband that you're fixing the sink your wife broke! Awwww!
Josh: "Yeah."
-- AND you're going to mop up the puddle! Because I will make you!
Josh: "Actually, I rolled a wish to mop up this puddle. I am neat after all."
-- Fine. DON'T let me torture you then. See if I care!
Annette: "THIS IS THE BEST SANDWICH EVER!"
-- What is it, like grilled cheese?
Annette: "Um, no. It's PB&J."
Josh: "MY FAVORITE!"
-- What kind of freaky peanut butter are you using? It looks orange!
Josh: "Do not insult my wife's cooking. It is perfect."
-- Ooook then...
Annette: "Woo! I got to sell a painting! I love watching it explode in a thousand glorious colors."
-- Wow, how poetic.
Annette: "Plus then it rains money signs!"
-- You're looking big aren't you!
Annette: "HEY!!!! How DARE you say that to me!!!?!?!"
-- No, it's a good thing! It means the baby's almost here!
Sure enough, later that day...
Annette: "OW! OW OW SOMETHING IS WRONG!!! WHY THE F@#% DOES JOSH HAVE TO BE AT WORK?!?!?!"
-- Calm down honey. I've done this a million times. You'll be fine.
Annette: "OW! So can I go to the - OW! - hospital then?"
-- Nope! You may not be heiress, but home births are so much more interesting.
Annette: "I HATE YOUUUUUUUU!!!!!!"
Here come the sparkles!!!! *anticipation!*
And....
drumroll please........
It's a.............
It's a BOY!!!!!
Everyone meet James Richmond! He rolled Insane and Slob as his first two traits - he'll be keeping his parents busy for sure!
I hate being away from the legacy mansion for any given period of time, and since I had two more households to go, I wasted no time taking James up to the cake.
Annette: "You're stealing away my child's life. I hate you."
Here he goes! Go James go!
AWW!!! Look at him!!! I can't wait to see him up close!
Josh: "Honey, I'm home!"
Annette: "Oh hi Josh! Guess what happened today?"
Josh: "Holy crap... Since when do we have a toddler? ANNETTE! Is there something you're not telling me?!"
I love him!! He's so sweet! He got his mom's eyes, his dad's skin tone and mouth, and his grandpa Jay's hair! He's such a cutie!
James: "Howsie! Me wuv da howsie!"
-- You and your dad are going to get along famously :)
-- So, Annette... I was thinking, now that you've got James, I'd probably just head out. Sound good to you?
Annette: "Sure, fine, whatever. I'm just happy to get to use the treadmill again!"
-- *sniff* Fine! Maybe Josh will at least pretend he'll miss me!
-- Josh listen. I'm going to be leaving you now.
Josh: "Awesome."
-- *tears* Well fine! Good riddance! I won't miss you either!!!
Josh: "Aww, don't cry! Of course we'll miss you! Make sure you visit okay?"
-- Much better.
And that is where I leave you! I've played through Billy's sibling update as well, so I may have that out in a few hours. The older twins' is almost done too, so who knows? It should be out soon though! Thanks for reading, and please comment! See you next time! :D
