The Richmond Legacy: Generation 5, Chapter 0.5
Hello again everyone! Sorry it's taking so long to get a chapter out! I've been gone all weekend. And I just realized that the place I'd intended to start Chapter 1, is a little too far ahead! I skipped about 20 or so pictures... Completely forgot to consider them when I planned Chapter 1. Genius I know. So what we're going to do is have a little mini-chapter, and THEN we can properly start the next generation! Sound okay? Good, because it's happening :)

Wow, I'm getting quite behind on my chapters! So, when I last wrote, we visited Brooklyn and Rayleigh and saw Brook's two lovely daughters, Shanon and Hanna. We also witnessed Rayleigh's marriage to the beautiful Lena. I really hope it lasts considering Rayleigh's commitment issues...
But anyway when I arrived back at the legacy house, this is what I found...
*Shudder* The horrors of malfunctioning CC...
Sydney: "What? I kind of like it. It's very airy."
-- You're not allowed to like it.
Julianna: "I guess this is better..."
Sydney: "I hate it."
-- Honestly, me too. It's just not you :'( Hopefully the CC will be up and running soon...
Sydney invited over her cutie boyfriend Santos. Yuck what a name.
Sydney: "It's almost hard to kiss him with a name like that."
Santos: "Kiss me you fool!"
Sydney: "Okay!"
Sydney: "I don't care about his name. Damn is he sexy. And he gives great kisses."
Santos: "She so pretty......"
Julianna: "My sister makes me want to barf."
-- I'm assuming you're referring to Sydney here?
Julianna: "Well, mostly. But you know, now that you mention it, there are three others that also make me want to barf..."
-- Such a sweet girl. Nice sexy PJs by the way.
Julianna: "What? Just because I'm a scientist doesn't mean I can't wear a leapord-print bra!"
By the way... how the hell do you spell that word?! Leapard... Leoperd... Lepoard... Lepard... Leaperd... No that's wrong... I seriously can't remember how to spell lepeard or whatever the hell it is? This is sad.
Jay: "Hmm... Looks like it's almost done."
This food replicator thing scares me.
Jay: "I'm such a good cook don't you think?!"
-- Yes dear... Whatever you say.
Julianna: "Yay. Work."
-- Aren't you excited?? It's your first day at your dream job!
Julianna: "Excuse me - Being a test subject isn't necessarily my idea of a dream job."
-- Well, work hard so you get a promotion faster then, I guess...
Leaving the household not only cancelled all my promised wishes, but got rid of all the stored leftovers in the fridge, as well as all the fruits and vegetables the family has produced from their garden for generations. So the remaining Sims at home spent a few days doing nothing but cooking to make up for it.
(By the way, if you hadn't noticed this chapter obviously takes place in the old house. I told you I got a little ahead of myself. Next chapter you'll see the new house.)
Speaking of sims remaining at home...
-- I have a bone to pick with you young man!
Jay: "You really think I'm young? Aww..."
-- I'm being serious here!
Jay: "So am I!"
-- You retired without my permission!!!
Jay: "I did?"
-- Yes!! When I left, you still had your job. Now I come back and you retired. $350 a day is a pathetic pension!
Jay: "Hell, woman, calm down! I was tired of working. Besides, $350 a day is nice if it means I get to play in the sprinkler all day instead of actually working!"
-- Ugh... Fine. I guess there's nothing to be done anyway.
Jay loves going to the park to play his guitar for tips. He mastered the skill long ago, but I guess now he's retired this is the best way for him to make money. :\ At least Brooklyn seems to enjoy his playing!
Brooklyn: "Hi Daddy! Nice to see you! You rock at the guitar!"
Syd had invited Santos over.
Sydney: "Hang on a sec, San."
-- Are you in the bathroom?!
Sydney: "Leave me alone voice. For one second of my life. Santos Rapp, I know you have a horrible name, but I love you and I always have. Will you marry me and help me continue on the legacy?"
-- Yup, definitely in the bathroom. Classy.
Santos: "OMG OMG OMG! Yes!!!!!"
Santos: "Shinyyyy!"

They decided to get married right then and there. Sydney didn't even change out of her PJs.
Sydney: "DON'T JUDGE ME OKAY?! GAWD! You're always doing that!!! I just want to freaking enjoy myself for one freaking minute!!!!"
Santos: "Who are you talking to...? Oh never mind."

It was cute for a minute... Then I saw this.
Oh my God.
Santos has the worst traits I could have possibly thought of.
Ambitious and Virtuoso are nice. Cool. I can even deal with Slob and Hot-Headed. Not a huge deal. But Dislikes Children...? It was almost enough for me to divorce them right then and there. But I decided to see if it'd work out.
P.S. That LTW? Not happening. We don't do crime in the Richmond Legacy. Nothing will tarnish our wonderful reputation! Well, besides Hope cheating on her husband... But that doesn't count! So as soon as Santos has enough LTR points, that'll be the first thing to change. Well actually... maybe I'll change his traits first... Idk.
Santos: "My eyes are shiny, like green gems."
-- Don't you mean emeralds?
Santos: "Yeah... And Sydney's are like that too. Aww, Syd, your eyes are beautiful."
Santos: "Let's WooHoo."
Sydney: *whispers* "Voice? Did anyone ever tell him WooHoo leads to babies?"
-- Looks like not...
Sydney: "Good... Don't tell him."
-- Will do. *wink wink* We're so evil >:) Tricking the man into having babies against his wishes...
Ahem... Okay I'll leave now...
So yeah, that's it! I know that was REALLY super short and I'm sorry. I just didn't have the patience to reorganize everything to accommodate these pictures into the chapter sequence.
