The Carraway ISBI: Generation 1, Chapter 1
Author's Note: Hi everyone! Again! Lol. Please excuse the double chapter day - I'm sure you're all very mad. xD Anyway, here's a chapter of the Carraways for you! :D I figured I'd stop neglecting you with chapters that have been ready for a month *cough*. So yeah! And there's a reason this is the first chapter of generation 1... ;D Cute things ahead, so let's get started! :D
The Carraway ISBI: Generation 1, Chapter 1

Last time on the Carraways, Nicola successfully met and married her wonderful man, Leo Kaplawski Carraway. (a.k.a. co-founder of the Ink legacy <3) Her marriage brought in enough cash to finally make us a house! It's teeny, but at least it's a roof! :D
Here's the inside... Extremely subject to change during this chapter and the coming ones, just warning you now xD
The first thing these two did as married sims was to fall asleep. Lol. But hey - Leo found his bed! I'm so proud :')
And the next morning he made the bed! I like this guy already.
Then he went to play chess, which helps with his LTW to be a World-Renowned Surgeon! (I will never not think of him as "Dr. Ink" xD)
Nicola: "I have the best autonomous husband ever! :D"
Aww, yes you do!
Nicola: "But these waffles are taking way too long!!" *Impatient face*
Nicola: "Hey, honey, you want some food? Honey?"
Leo: "One sec, Nicky. Gotta finish this chapter."
Where's Bella? Really? xD
Allow me to take a second to explain "Abby's ISBI rules." Since I don't play for points, I don't really care if my amendments to the 'official' rules are technically allowed. I'm doing this for fun, and there are a few things I think are important.
1. Getting a sim a job doesn't count as an interaction for that life stage. In other words, I can send Leo to join the Medical career, and still be allowed to do one move while he's a YA. But, I can't tell him to go to work, and I can't do any of the Ambitions-related Medical career events.
2. I'm allowed to look at some of his panels. The official rules say you can't look at needs, and I'm sticking with that. But I can look at all the other ones - relationships, career progress, skills, etc.
3. I can promise or cancel wishes. The rules I read didn't say anything about that (because they were for TS2 :P), so I made up my own. I can lock in Leo's wish to gain a logic skill point, but I can't do anything to get him closer to that.
4. I can get things out of an NTH's inventory. (NTH means non-torch holder, a.k.a. anyone other than Nicola, if you forgot.) I can also put things in their inventory, say if I wanted to subliminally convince them to read a skill book or something, without actually telling them to read it.
I'm sure there's more, but that's all I can think of at the moment. But yeah, so this picture is Leo going to get a job as an Organ Donor.
Leo: "Hmm, I seem to be really hungry. I think I'll eat some waffles." :D
Leo: "Looks like there are some dirty dishes, I'll just clean them up!" :D
Leo: "Oh, dirty laundry! I'll get it!" :D

Hmm.. Something seems to be....
There! Much better.
Leo: "UGH! That washer is so loud!"
Leo: "Aww, but I'm married! Yay! And damn, look at that nice watch! I am AWESOME."

Nicola: "Thanks for doing all those chores, honey! This garden just takes a lot of time."
Leo: "It's no problem! I love hanging the laundry!"
Gah, I love Leo!
Leo: "P.U., I stink! Time for a shower!"
Hey, you're doing better than Nicky!
See? She's got a stink cloud following her. xD
Both: "UGH! That washing machine is so loud!"
I guess that turns them on >_>
Success! Baby time! :D
Aww, look at Leo, going off to work! :D
Oh that reminds me! Another thing I can't do is change from "Business as Usual" to "Work Hard" or "Chat With Coworkers" or any of that stuff. And same for kids, I can't tell them to meet new friends or anything like that.
Nicola: "So honey, I got a promotion in gardener land! It means absolutely nothing, but yeah!"
Leo: "How nice! Checkmate."
Nicola: *sigh*
Nicky: "Aww, I'm married! :D"
Nicky: "Awww, I'm pregnant!! :D :D"
Woot!
Nicola: "Come here you sexy lump of baby-making sexiness!"
Uh... Pregnancy hormones?
Nicola: "So I'm pregnant!!!!!!!!"
Leo: "NO WAY! That's awesome!!! Yay yay yay!"
Nicola: *answers the phone* "What do you want." *switches to a Texan accent* "... Uh huh.. yes sir... Well let me tell you something.."
Nicola: *still in a Texan accent* "I DO NOT STAND FOR TELEMARKETERS AT THIS NUMBER! NOW SHUT THE HELL UP BEFORE I SEND MY HUSBAND TO F*CKING BLOW YOUR BRAINS OUT! YES THAT'S RIGHT, I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS UNDER THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, THANK YOU VERY MUCH."
Nicola: "AND DON'T YOU EVER CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN." *click* *Nicola switches back to her normal voice* "I think I scared him off."
Ya think? O.o
Nicola: *In a Texan accent* "Hey there, darlin'. ..." *switches back* "Ah, sh*t, forgot to talk normally."
Leo: "I'm just.... I'll just be going now...."
Yes, I would run xD
Yay for community gardens! I love free food xD
Nicola: "So how was your day, sweetie?"
Leo: "I heard you on the phone with that telemarketer earlier."
Nicola: *chokes* "Oh, uh... did you?"
Leo: "Yeah... It was kind of cute."
Nicola: "Heh.. heh..... It was? I mean, uh.. That's right, I'm adorable! :D"

Nicola: "So what do you think about naming the baby after a famous writer? Would that be weird? What about Edison?"
Leo: "..."
Nicola: "Do you think we need to buy some toys? I don't think we have anything in the house that the kid could play with."
Leo: "..."
Nicola: "You know, here's an idea, why don't you actually TALK TO ME."
Leo: "I don't talk to people that beat me at chess. :("
Leo: "But I will still clean the house, don't worry!"

Leo: "I deduce that behind this wall is a room where the baby will sleep!"
Indeed. Wow, you are practically a genius. Oh wait...
And I guess I like pictures of Nicky's belly xD It's just so cute!!!
Leo: "Oh.... I broke the sink :( I'm sorry! Forgive me!"
Nicky: *from out of the picture* "All right, all right, I'm coming."
Nicola: "Gah, the work of a torch-holder is never done." *grumbles*
Oh come on. You're spoiled. Look at your husband! He's mopping!
He's cleaning the toilet that you puked in! All you have to do is fix the dang sink!
Nicola: "It's too hard >:|"
Leo: "Baby."

Nicola: "OH, speaking of baby...."

Nicky: "Why am I in the living room?"

Nicola: "--do that!! AHH OWWW!!!!!!!"

Nicky: "AAAAAH FRACKIN FRICKIN F*CKIN OOOOHHH!!!"
Leo: "Well that was fun."
Nicola: "FUN!?!??!?!?!?! I'LL SHOW YOU FUN!!!"
Nicola: "I could kill him... Haha! With a knife! That would be so fun."
Nicola: "Oh right I'm in labor. AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH FUUUUUUUUU---"
Nicola: "My back hurts :("
Aww, poor baby, it's so difficult. Why don't you go back to plotting your husband's death.
Nicola: "Nope, sorry, gotta give birth!"
It's a boy! :D This is Anthony Carraway! He's a Light Sleeper and... Artistic. I kid you not. I rolled his traits. I did! :| Artistic... gah.
Well, birthday time! :D
Leo: "YAY YAY YAY THIS IS THE BEST DAY EVER!"
Nicola: "What if he's ugly?! What if he's bald? What if he gets glitchy stripper boots and you can't get rid of them? What if--?"
Well, move out of the way and we can see him!
Here's Anthony!!! Awwww! He looks lots like his daddy, but has his mama's coloring and hair! But Leo's brown eyes! :D He's adorable!
And he likes pink, lol. I tried to make it manly xD
Anthony: "Hey! Only real men wear pink!"
Leo: "Hey, Tony, you look tired! Why don't we get you in bed, buddy."
Anthony: "But I don't wanna sweep yet, dada!"
Leo: "Well, how about you sit here, and I'll come check on you a little later?"
Anthony: "Otay!"
*The Next Morning*
Leo: "Hey champ! Looks like you were tired after all, huh?"
Anthony: "Naw, I was just pretendin to sweep!"
Leo: "Sure, sure, kid. Here, have breakfast!"
(Leo is the best autonomous dad!)
Anthony: "What's dis stuff?"
Anthony: "Hmm... I kinda wike it! Even dough it wooks discusting!"
He is so cuuuuute!!! <3
