The Carraway ISBI: Generation 1, Chapter 2
Author's Note: Ready for another chapter of the Carraways?! Well, I hope so! I love this family, and I love the challenge of only controlling one sim... I have to say, I think I love both legacies equally, which is impressive since I just started this one! Anyway, I don't have anything to say at all, so let's get started! xD

We return to find Anthony's proud parents fighting over him xD
Leo: "But I want a turn! You got to hold him for a long time, now let me! :("
Nicola: "Suck it up, babycakes, you're just gonna have to wait."
Anthony: "Who's 'aposed ta be da parents hewe?"
Nicola: "All right, little man. Just sit here on this toilet now and do your business."
Anthony: "I dunno what bwusiness she's tawlkin' 'bout, but I don't have any monies or anyt'ing."
Anthony: "YAYY~ Xylophone is fun!"

Leo: "Hello, dear family! I'm home! Hmm, do I hear a baby crying?"
No?
Leo: "My daddy senses were tingling, though! Tony was hungry!"
Good thing you knew that, Leo, because I sure didn't!
This is the only problem with high chairs. Kids get put in them and then don't get taken out. Tony doesn't seem to mind, though :3
Leo: "There, there, little baby! I'll get you out of there. Here, go play on the floor next to that puddle."

Leo: "I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I just forgot to turn the stove off!"
Nicola: "Well, are you just going to stand there?!"
Leo: "AAAHHHH!!!!!"
Nicola: *sigh of exasperation* "FINE. I'LL do it."
Leo: "From now on, I'm making salad."
Good! But you know there are leftovers in the fridge...?
Leo: "That's not sanitary! Who do you think I am, a gorilla? I at least have some consciousness of my cleanliness."
Anthony: "If he has so much 'healf consciusniss,' how come he stwill gives me dis gween miwlk?"
Great question, baby, and I do not know the answer.
Look at Leo though! He gets promotions all by himself! :3 I'm so proud! :')
Nicola: "RAAAAAAAAAGE!! I want a promotion too!!!"
I stopped caring about your career, honestly. Considering gardening has nothing to do with your LTW (The Tinkerer, mastering handiness and logic), I don't think you'll even have that job much longer.
Nicola: "... Thanks. That's great, just great."
Maybe you could do painting, or something more profitable?
Nicola: "I'm no longer talking to you."
Later that evening...
Nicola: "HEY! Leo! :D Come on down to the bedroom, sweet cheeks! ;)"
Leo: "You want... WooHoo? NOW? No way!"
Nicola: "But... but your pants! How can you look like that and say you don't want it?!"
... No comment.
Nicola: "How about NOW?"
Leo: "NO! Just leave me alone!"
Nicola: D:
I've seen other ISBIs with this problem, but Leo was so good about this before...
Leo: "You understand me, right Tony? All I want is a good night's sleep."
Leo: "I'm just so tired..."
And then Tony woke up because he really had to pee, and then when Nicky got him out of his crib, instead of going pee like he was whining about, he passed out on the floor. Great, my first pass-out is THAT pathetic. xD
Nicola: "Come on, baby, try a little harder for our dear simmer here. She can't see your needs, after all."
Aww, are you being nice to me?!
Nicola: "Actually, I was going for the 'make you look pathetic and weak' approach... Did it come off as too kind?"

Nicola: "Yes but you sound like an idiot."

Leo: "I said NO, okay?!"
Nicola: "But your pants!!!"
Wow... That is just... wow.
Nicola: "Listen to that YouTube video! It says you shouldn't have to cover it up!"
Oh God, that video made me laugh more than it should the first time I saw it xD
Anyway. I think we have to try a different tactic.
Leo: "Wow Nicola, you make me feel good about myself even when I'm tired."
Nicola: "Awesome... so.. babies now?"
Nicola's intense romantic skills *cough sarcasm cough* seem to have worked nonetheless! Finally!

Nicola: "The voice wanted me to convince you to play chess more for your LTW."

Anthony: "You's gonna make me pee my pants mama, that is scawy!"
Tony: "Yeesh my mama is weird. I'm gonna go out hewe now."
I love when toddlers walk around, it's so cute because they're so small :3

Nicola: "So honey, I'm pregnant!"
Leo: "Is that why you finally put clothes on?"
Nicola: "Actually, that was after Tony started asking me why my crotch looked different than his..."
Leo: *pouts* "I liked it better when you were naked :("
Tony: "My pawents are cwazy, both of dem. I'm glad yew undewstand me, Mr. Bear."
Nicola: "Hi sweetie!!!"
PUT ON YOUR DAMN CLOTHES, JEEZ!
Tony: "Yeah mama! Put on your damn clothes!"
Nicola: "Stop teaching my child swear words!!!"
Stop teaching your three-year-old child about the female anatomy using yourself as an example!
Leo: "Wow, that is hot..." *holds hand to crotch* "Calm down, there, whew..."
ANYWAY, it's time for Anthony's birthday! :D
I don't think I have ever had kids this spaced out in age before; the oldest is a child before his closest sibling has even been born. Weird.
Nicola: "Time to blow out the candles baby! Yay for a non-scarred childhood!"

Tony: "Say goodbye to my toddler adorableness!"
Tony: "And say hello to an adorable child!"
Nicola: "Birthdays scare me :("
I've noticed! It's really not that bad, what's the worst that could happen?
Nicola: "Have you SEEN the glitchy CC that you have?!"

Anyway here's Tony as a child!! :D He gained Party Animal, probably from early exposure to nudity and swearing... Still, he's adorable, and I love how he has such a good mixture of his parents' genetics.
And it looks like he'll take after his father!!! <3
Tony: "Jeez, these people, leaving messes everywhere they turn."
Actually, I believe that is a puddle of YOUR pee. Don't ask how it got so far away from the potty, though.
Tony: "GROSS! I was a nasty little kid! Why don't these things flush like normal toilets!"
Then he went and talked to his daddy :3 I swear, all of this is ten times more adorable because he's doing it of his own free will.
Anthony: "Daddy, do you think it will ever be cloudy here?"
Leo: "Well kid, after Generations they've promised Pets, and that's not til next fall. Then, whatever their next one is probably won't come out til the holidays, or maybe even later than that. And there's no guarantee that the expansion after Pets will even be Seasons."
Tony: "But Dad... aren't they supposed to be giving their customers the things they ask for? Have you SEEN a forum anywhere that asked for vacations over pets and weather?"
Leo: "No. But they don't actually really pay much attention to what their customers are saying. Especially when you go to them for tech support."
Well guys, now that we've ranted about EA...
Leo: "Hey, you're the one ranting! You put words into our mouths! I don't even know who EA is or what all this 'expansions' nonsense even means!"
Leo: "Thanks for cleaning, though, kiddo!"
Tony: "Father."
Look, Nicky actually has a chance to garden for once! The place is really going to the dogs.
Tony does a lot of reading in his spare time, a lot like his father :D
Although Leo is also very good about gaining his logic skill!
Nicola: "OKAY OW! TIME FOR THE BABY!"
Nicola: "OWWW -- WHO LET THAT LITTLE BRAT IN HERE -- AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"

Tony: *screams like a six-year-old girl being chased by a teenager with a hose*
Gah, that is the most frightening sound this game produces. Anyone else had a child sim scream during your sim's labor? It's horrible.
Tony: "Welp, that was fun. Now I'm just gonna stand here."
Nicola: "Here it cooooomes!!!"
And it's a BOY!
Nicky: "Tony you have a baby brother! Aren't you excited?!"
Anthony: "Meh."
Anyway, welcome Atticus Carraway to the family! Atticus is the name of the awesome dad in To Kill A Mockingbird. But OUR Atticus is a Couch Potato who Loves the Outdoors (does that make sense?), and he likes yellow.

Leo: "Wait where did that baby come from?!"
Nicola: "BIRTHDAYS ARE SCARY O.o"
Tony: "Mama's crazy, birthdays are the best!!! :D"
Leo: "I AGREE! :D"
HERE HE IS! :D Atticus is adorable, even though he's kind of like Serendipity Richmond - he gets NOTHING from his parents >_> Aside from facial structure, I guess. He's got Leo's chin too. Right now I have no idea whose nose that is. But the purple eyes, and black hair without Nicky's blue highlights? *Sigh* I hate it when kids get random genetics if there are so many other awesome options (read: red hair and bright turquoise eyes) to choose from. :(
Still, I love little Attie, he's so cute in-game! Too bad you'll have to wait til next chapter to see ;D Hope you guys enjoyed this chapter!
