The Carraway ISBI: Generation 1, Chapter 4
Author's Note: Hello, and welcome back to the Carraway legacy! So, I'll confess... I am just in love with this family! Don't worry, I haven't forgotten about my Richmonds, definitely not! But these guys are tons of fun, too. And here's the other thing: I'm leaving in ten days for our annual trek to my cabin, a.k.a. Roxmor which is where my username comes from... I'll be gone for three weeks *sniff* Nah, I'm actually REALLY excited because it's way fun!! But I won't have internet and I may not even bring my laptop at all. We'll see. But my plan is to get through the heir poll of this legacy by the time I leave, which means getting through chapter six. I'll also try to get you guys one or two more Richmond chapters during that time, but things are going to start getting busy for me! :P I do hope you all will still be reading when I get back, though <3 Well, enough of that! You came here for a chapter - let's read one :3
The Carraway ISBI: Generation 1, Chapter 4

Nicola: "GAH, that is DISGUSTING, how does food even create that kind of a stink cloud?!"
I don't even know. I wouldn't eat it, though, if I were you.
Nicola: "I may be insane, but I'm not stupid!"
Atticus: "Allow me to make a 'nnouncement. I weally, WEALLY has to pee."
Well, then. Maybe you should... pee?
Look what a good boy he is! Although I've decided toddlers peeing their pants doesn't count as a self-wetting point against me. That's why there are diapers, right? Well, good enough excuse for me xD
Atticus: "So who IS dis weird wittle pink thing in my old crib?"
That's your sister, whom I've been to mean to show to the readers just yet >:D
Muahaha I got Leo to complete an opportunity without having to tell him to read the book >:D All I did was get all the other books out of his inventory, then put the bookshelf in the family inventory for awhile, and he read this one on his own! xD

Oh hey, it's also Atticus's birthday!
But first here is the completely adorable Addy!!! <3 (Uh oh, I just realized her and Atticus's nicknames are almost exactly the same, lol) But LOOOOOK at her!!!! :3 Finally, a kid with Nicky's eyes! Yay!!! I do wish she could've been redheaded, but that is still okay with me!
She's even cuter out of CAS <3

Atticus: "Guys? GUYS? I's growin' up too!"
Adelyn: "Nobody cares, dumb big bwudder."
Nicola: "Defending yourself; I am proud, daughter."
Adelyn: "Tanks mama :3"
Well, here's little Attie!! (See what I mean? Attie, Addy... xD) He gained the Snob trait... His childhood was better than Anthony's and he knows it! Lol. He looks awkward in CAS, but...
Outside of it he's just plain adorable!!! :3 It's really just the nose that looks huge, and the eyes that look small. And they're not that bad at all :)
Plus, Attie still has his super-awesome Converse.
Nicola: "You know I'm making dinner right now, right kid?"
Atticus: "Yeah but CAKE!" *omnomnomnom*
Adelyn: "So... dis thing... what do I do wif it?"
Adelyn: "Do I eats it? ... Hmm, no, dat's not vewy yummy."
Adelyn: "Ooooh!"

Adelyn: "I wike my big brudder, too!"
Atticus: "My little sister ROCKS!"

Atticus: "So then I told her she rocks, and she totally bought it! I'm on my way to bribing all of my siblings to liking me, aren't you proud mama?!"
Nicola: "Great job son! Keep up the good work! Hehe!"
Addy: "OMG A BOTTLE! :D"

Atticus: "Whoa, we have red blocks too?! NO WAY THIS IS AWESOME!"
Nicola: *exasperated sigh as she sits down heavily* "Okay, kid, look, if you keep eating the mallet you'll never make recognizable music. I suppose, as your only controllable parent, I have a duty to help you."
Nicola: "When I wave my fingers like an idiot, like so, you whack the rainbow things and it'll make music."
Adelyn: "NO." *omnomnomnom*
Nicola: *sigh*
Nicola: "Well kid, I've decided since you stand up for yourself so well, you deserve a reward. So, I'll potty train you without whining OR having an insanity attack. How's that sound? It's a real bargain."
Addy: "I'm not so sure I get why dat's a bargain... Maybe I dwon't wanna, either."
Leo: *is exhausted* "How many kids do I have?"
Anthony: "Way to ignore me this whole chapter! I'll just do my homework like the good wallflower I am :("
Hey! That's so not true! I love you too, Tony, I promise!
Adelyn: "Ooh, putting me in da crib? She's gonna regret dis one.."
Adelyn: "I's not tired. At all."
Then why are the lights off, hmm?
Adelyn: "Good question, but I can't answer dat for yew. I's wreally not sweepy."
Right...
Not at all. <3
Atticus: "Don't worry, brother, it's not your fault you're being ignored. It's only because I just had a birthday! And I'm so awesome the voice couldn't ignore me!"
Anthony: "IT WAS YOUR BIRTHDAY?!?!? :O"
Atticus: "Gross, I think this potty crap was starting to grow a face! Ew!"
Can neat parents pass on neatness genes to their kids even if the kids don't technically have the neat trait? Because these guys are always cleaning up (when Leo leaves them anything to do xD), it's so cute.
Here's Attie's new big kid room, by the way. It's about 3x3 floor tiles, lol. We're very poor :P
My goodness, how everyone loves Adelyn! She's the family's little princess.
Atticus: "I wish I could go fishing."
Aww. He's had that wish locked for awhile. Too bad he can't really leave the lot, since I can't direct him to.
Eventually I'll build you a pond, bud! Promise!
Wow, lots of birthdays this chapter, huh? Well, it's time already for Tony to become a teenager! :D
Leo & Attie: "YAAAAYYY!!! BIRTHDAYS ARE THE BEST THINGS EVER!!"
Anthony: "Dude, this is awesome."
Before we see him, let's all take a moment to giggle at the boxers I decided to give him xD What, his favorite color is pink, ok? xD
Anyway, here he is! :D Again, this generation's kids look semi-awkward in CAS (it's Leo's smallish eyes, I'm pretty sure), but Anthony is still super adorable! I'm happy to say his nose has evened out - or his face caught up with it, anyway, lol. He gained the Ambitious trait... Maybe he wants to make sure future generations have better childhood experiences than he did? xD
He looks a little gay... I know... I couldn't help it, he likes pink!! xD And I'm not saying guys that like pink are gay, but it seemed to fit Tony, don't ask me why :P
Leo: "Damn this freaking house, everything is always breaking and messy and..." *grumble grumble grumble*
I better get Nicola to fix that sink soon, or Leo will be mopping hopelessly all night xD
Instead, look! Everyone is asleep at once! *relief*
You can also see the tiny second bathroom I added, by Leo and Nicky's room!
Finally! This is where I got Generations, woo! :D Attie got a makeover because apparently I deleted his hairstyle. And guess WHAT?! Did you guys notice a new addition to the cheats you can do with 'testingcheatsenabled true' turned on? If you shift+click a sim, you can edit them in CAS! See Attie's freckles? I can add those now!! AAAHH! :D And I can do all their clothes and hair and makeup in one step without having to send them to a dresser or mirror at all! My life is so much better, guys, you don't even know xD
ANYWAY. Every single person in the household rolled a want for a bunk bed immediately, so I gave one to the boys. Hey, saves me having to build an extra room when Addy grows up. I love this bed, so colorful :3 Although poor Attie matches the walls, lol.
Atticus: "I hate homework."
Anthony: "I have a question. Have Mom and Dad always had those diplomas? I feel like they just got here..."
Atticus: "Don't be silly, Mom and Dad are middle-aged! They graduated forever ago, why would those show up just now?"
And I finally started Nicky on painting, woo! Five skill points to go and we can have portraits xD
I also gave her a Generations/Outdoor Living Stuff makeover, which you'll see during the update.
AND I put in a pond for Attie :3
Leo: "Great job, honey! You're really getting the hang of this xylophone thing!"
SO CUTE because it's autonomous <3
Anthony: "Hey little sis! I love you!"
You know, Anthony, I understand that you've seen a lot more nudity in your time than you really should have, so I guess I'll be the one to tell you - most big brothers don't play with their baby sisters in boxers :P
Atticus: "Hear ye, hear ye! I am King Atticus, the palest child of Nicola and Leonard Carraway!"
He does look very white in this lighting, doesn't he?
Atticus: "But don't let my cuteness fool you, for I am a fearless and brave leader!"
The whole family bonds with Leo by talking about books. xD Surest way to the man's heart, I swear!
Atticus: "I know another way to bond with Daddy! HAHA! GOTCHA!"
Leo: "WHOA! Was not expecting that one! How did he reach my face, he's like four feet tall!"
Attie: "Ahahahaha!"
Leo: "Oh you're gonna get it now, kid! Better watch out!"
Atticus: "Eeep!"
Nicola: "Good job, child. Once you've fully learned to walk, your training as my minion will be nearly complete!"
Adelyn: "YAY!"
Atticus saw Leo come home from work one day and promptly rolled the LTW to be a surgeon, just like his papa. I thought it was too cute to deny it to him. :3
The next day, Anthony had his first mood swing. He celebrated by reading children's books instead of doing his homework.
Anthony: "Screw you guys, I'm reading Where's Bella? fourteen more times!!!"
Then he read it to his little brother, too. xD
Anthony: "Check it out, bro, this is what you do if you want to get out of homework!"
Atticus: "Awesome! I love kids' books!"
Adelyn: "I's learnin' to talk, voice! Den my training wif mama will be complete!!"
I don't want to know what she's 'training' you for O.o
Anthony: "Hey mom! TAKE THIS!!!" *whacks with pillow*
Nicola: "Oh, kid, you didn't want to do that..."
Nicola: "AAAAIIIIIIIEEEEEEEE!!!" *Tarzan yell*
Anthony: "Oh gosh!! D:"
Anthony: "Wait, wait.. *pants* Mom, calm down, jeez!"
And then he used Nicky's apparent pity to whack her while she wasn't expecting it! xD
Nicola: "Wow, kid, I have to say, that just proved you're a chip off the old block, good job! I knew I could be proud of you."
That's so... sweet?
