Well, I am getting back to writing...

It has been hard to write, due to recent heartache, but I am getting better and posted a new chapter of  "This Wasn't in the Job Description." My beta liked this last chapter, so I must be doing something right, LOL

ah...well, I'm glad you're home and not trapped away from home by the storm!

It was a good chapter, btw...I did read it, but haven't read the entire story yet, so haven't started commenting....

Empathy about the snow shovelling. I used to have the bitch of a driveway to shovel...it was fairly steep, and we had a wall surrounding the driveway and property up to the street. Trying to clear the driveway, and not creating road hazards, and keeping our mailbox open enough was hard, especially the year we had over two foot of snow, one storm....and a lot more that followed.

Now I live in a place that gets much less snow...a nearly flat short driveway, facing south, all on purpose, let me tell you!

You are reading "This Wasn't in the Job Description?" I did not know that! I am STILL trying to catch up on your EIMH - but you keep putting up new chaps - LOL! Someday, I hope to have enough time to read, watch anime AND write (how that is going to happen, I'm not sure yet, LOL!)

So when you moved you made sure the new house would be easier to care for in the snow - good idea!

Maybe I can get a chap of NOL done next..."To Love and Protect" is still going nowhere, but I will contact you when I have an idea for chapter 3.

Back when I was in college I took speed reading training...it comes in handy....

But you write your chapters faster than I do! I only do one a week or so. So I have more to read to keep up! LOL.

Yeah, I can write a chapter a night, if my muse is with me. But until Lyris came to me, I was having trouble.

Things seem to be flowing again, so maybe she is back. But sometimes I am really hot, and can keep writing and writing - haven't had a spurt like that recently.

Speed reading, huh? Wish I could do that - LOL!

And thanks. maybe after I finish this next chapter of NOL I will see what I come up with for To Love and Protect.
