So it's funny because I took two sets of pics - one in a bathing suit and one in a tshirt and jeans. I was more disappointed by the tshirt and jeans. Is that weird? I did the bathing suit ones and I was like "Ok... that wasn't so bad" and then I put on the jeans and I almost cried.
I did some grocery shopping yesterday so I'll be up at the break of dawn to do the AM workout.
And I know what you mean. It's cause different outfits look different on you. I have some tops that I love how I look in, and then others that I'm like "ugh" same with pants, dresses etc.I'm so excited for you to start! I'm doing a 3-day cleanse this week, to push my body into ketosis. It may be longer than three days depending on how I feel. Two more weeks of CLX then I get to start it all over again! Super excited.
My laptop is on the fritz and can't pick up wireless right now, so I'm looking into an adapter tomorrow night. If that works then I'll probably look into blogging. If not, then there's no point if I don't have a computer.
i've been doing a half ass'd job in my weight loss journey, i guess you could call it. keeping the motivation is hard when you're essentially doing it by yourself because of a lack of support from family/friends.
have you thought about joining for different events to help keep you going? for example, the goodlife 5k run or an obsticle course such as warrior dash?

I've also got lots of support from all angles.
And if today was my first day... not really looking at doing any 5k just yet....
