I own a house........YEEEEEEEEEAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

So, to bring you up to speed, the original house we were going to get had a really bad inspection, so we terminated the contract. We found a new house on the same street, the inspection was PERFECT, and we got our closing costs paid and a $2500 flooring allowance! We close on June 28th. Went to the Stars game Saturday, which was fun. Everyone was so out of control and the AAC was huge! Spent the night in Dallas and went shopping Sunday. We love sushi.

Made an offer on a house today.....so exciting. Hopefully he will accept it.

So many changes in one year. Awesome boyfriend. Awesome job. House? Hopefully....

I am sooooo out of shape...I worked out today and it was pathetic...I think I will start working out at 7 am when I get home from work, it'll be easier than trying to get up early and workout before I go into work.
