Yeah that's right I have pretty much done NOTHING today, just too tired! I even had a nap this afternoon while my babe slept...it was GREAT! Even my coffee this morning could not get me motivated :( Last week was BRUTAL on me when my babe had that hand, foot & mouth thingy, she did NOT sleep and neither did I and now we are both trying to catch up

I do the opposide, I tend to save some calories for the night. I have trouble sleeping if the silly body is under the notion it hasnt been fed enough. I'll have something small just before bed and hope that satisfies the beast.
