I think you need to think pragmatically.

What choice will benefit you in four years?
What choice will make you satisfied?
What school suits you the most?

I'm siding towards UW because you can always work for those four years to get into grad school at UT and afford residence and tuition. I think it's much more pragmatic. Remember, most Arts programs are useless unless we do a Master's or go to Grad school. With that thinking, is it really worth it to spend that certain amount of money, put you in constant financial quagmire?

I gave up my dreams of McGill and Western because I know I'm best suited to save up for law school or teacher's college. But still, I'm thinking "What if?" everytime I hear my friend talking about Western.

It's experiencing life and your dreams vs. the more dull, less-inspired but practical and pragmatic decision.

It's very hard, I understand.

I would say-

If it is truly, honestly your dream, JUMP ON IT.

It's probably terrible advice, but so very rarely do people get the chance to live their dreams, and I think you might regret it if you don't try it.

CONQUER YOUR FEARS! "Always do what you are afraid to do". It makes living worthwhile.

i dont really know what to tell you about this subject...i honestly dont. I say follow what you believe is right...i know your going to be like all "but i dont know!", and well you just have to get over yourself and think about it logically and practically.

i know its just me saying this but if i was in your place i would stay...there is so much more out there but you know what? it all starts from home. =3
