Like I already wrote in the email, I am so utterly and completely in love with this, and not in a million ways could I ever have imagined the magnificence that this story is ♥ I drew those pictures with the thought of fae!Bandom boys having regular shenanigans (of the supernatural variety, granted) and instead I got SO much more, on a richer and much deeper level, with so much delightful background folklore, and a plot that had me engrossed and on the edge of my seat, clapping my hands with joy and fistpumping at Frank's badassery.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR INSPIRING ME! I loved your art the moment I saw it. I love folklore and fairy tales and Peter Pan and your pictures just suggested this whole secret world, brushing up against out world. I knew I wanted to makes it kind of epic, if I could possibly manage it, but was worried people wouldn't get it, or wouldn't want to come along for the ride - or that it wouldn't mesh with what you wanted. I'm so glad it did though! <3
You know how Bandom just seems to lend itself to folklore AUs, well holy crap, this one is right up there. Pete as Pan, too fucking right he is, and Frank as Puck? Yeah. You got it spot on bb!
OMG!!!!!!! What a fabulous frikken comment. God, I really sweated blood over this fic, and it makes me so, so happy to get this kind of response. I'm so stoked you enjoyed the romance and the action and the pairings and everything! Thank you. :)
I can totally tell how much work went into this. Amazing does not come easy!!! But it just proves that you are a story teller that would make the Mighty Pan Proud!
I have to admit. I was skeptic when I started reading, kind of ready for a disappointment with this story, but it definitely wasn't. The first three parts sound kind of confusing, in a complimenting way!, because you introduce the characters and the setting of this whole plot, but then people start acting weird, and places start shaping into something else and it got me intrigued. Then I got to Part Four and it was a little difficult to take in the fact that Frank was part of the Faerie world and had to fight a Dragon --who are, according to Gee, LAZY but did fight the fight in the end-- and had to remember his real life and his fate and everything in order to break the enchantment and put things back to normal. That is not the kind of plot I am amused of, but in the end - I was VERY MUCH amused
( ... )
Thank you! I'm glad the story won your round in the end! And I'm glad you didn't mind my little trick. I love folklore and faeries and dragons and the like. I'm so glad I could share the love with you. :)

This has to be one of my favourite tropes.
Now I'm a happy Bunny.
