Migraines?

This pressure started on the right side of my head the morning of June 1st, and it's been here pretty consistently ever since. With no previous issues with bad headaches, much less migraines, I went to the walk-in clinic on June 8th which is when they diagnosed me with migraine and sent me out with Imitrex. I got the Imitrex prescription filled on

Have you tried a high-powered decongestant? It could be serious sinus pressure. I've had sinus headaches that lasted weeks. Claritin D works well for me.

I've thought about the sinus pressure thing. Here's a list of the things I've taken:

Advil Cold & Sinus
Extra Strength Tylenol
Excedrin Tension Headache
Aleve
Imitrex

I think that's all. I'm just at wits end with this thing.
