Every time I tried to write about No Fate Con's cancellation, I failed miserably. My words were too personal, too emotional and I'd say things I shouldn't say. But not posting about it has kept me from posting anything else - I've felt like I couldn't move on without closing out that chapter. So I'm finally closing it:

With the price of gas to drive between New England and DC approaching the price of a plane ticket to LA, there's not a huge incentive to go short. Whoever made the point of flight to the MidWest being expensive, was correct. LA flight are probably cheaper. Still, I remember hotels in that area being *STUPID* expensive.
Anyone know current rates?

WB lot might be fun, $50/person + $7 parking.
