I'll give it a try tomorrow. I am dying to actually USE my new membership. Any suggestions for this heavy cardio? Treadmill, stepclass, spinning class (I prolly will be spinning as it is!), stairmaster?
I don't know about 'suck', but I must agree that exercise helps me feel at least temporarily better when I am 'sick'. ;-) I am not sure about heavy cardio, however. For cardio, try the elliptical (is that how it is spelled?)
