Summary: Chuck and Gabe Shurley are the Renovation Brothers on the TV show of that name. They have a house to flip, but somehow the house doesn't seem to want that to happen. As the song says, "Who you gonna call?"
And cue the brothers Winchester! This is what I had to say about this story, this wild romp that also managed to be creepy!
"Omg, this was a wild romp through spn-land! I can't tell you how many times I snorfled, like, really loud! You kept me guessing all the way through--whether they were just characters based on spn characters, or whether they were who they were on Show! I so very much enjoyed the way you mixed case fic with the kind of mystery that reminded me of 1930-40s mystery, the Arsenic and Old Lace style!"
Fun, great show-level banter, but with a creepy thread running through it! And here's the most important thing to me: all the voices were spot on. Dean was Dean, Chuck was Chuck, Gabriel was Gabriel. I love a writer who can put the boys in the AUist of AUs, but never lose sight of who they are!
