I may be stealing from Seinfeld, here, now that I look back on this.
Soo ... anyone else wonder why policemen use such force to get a person down, and then make sure they don't bump their head on the top of the car?
Policeman: "GET DOWN!! I SAID GET DOWN, YOU BASTARD!!"
Suspect: "Son of a bitch!"
Policeman: *fires gun*
Suspect: "Gah!! My leg!!"

Oh, and I know this from experience: real handcuffs hurt like hell if in the right position. My cousin was over and my Nana and Pop-pop's once, and he agreed to handcuff my sibs and I.
I mean, the suspect can be just walking, or they're stopping to turn and see the policemen running after them. On a special I saw, some of the suspects weren't even running away and they tackled them hard to the ground. Then, as usual, "Watch your head, sir." It's confused me for the longest time now.
