Quarantine and lockdown?

What an inefficient way to run a city.

"Disease" or no, it's quite an annoyance for those of us attempting to live our lives as nice, ordinary, hardworking citizens.

...and most likely for those like my roommates as well - that is to say, rude, abrasive, and lazy.

What is this "disease" that they keep talking about? I've never heard of anything like it.

From their flyers, it appears that they've decided to label it "a highly mutatable virus with several interrelated sub-strands" of something of the like.
