Yes... Suzaku mentioned something about an apology. I can merely assume that does not signify anything good.

Hmm... I'm afraid I've never met Suzaku, but from the sound of it, I'm guessing he or someone he knows was affected.

If you ask me, though, apologizing isn't necessary. It's not like anybody had any control over the situation. And the police chief has told us that no one is to be held accountable for any law-breaking they might have done while affected.

Yes, I believe he was... I'm curious about his change, I didn't talk to him during the event...

That's true, but some people just might feel the need to if they were exceptionally rude to some.
