It seems that the Halloween festivities have put people in light spirits, in spite of the murder incident. I honestly hope this won't serve as an excuse for the authorities to neglect such a case, though.

Don't mention it, child. The costume idea in itself was quite adorable to work with, even if a little unusual. People in Sakura-san's home world seem to have quite an extravagant sense of fashion...

Tomoyo-chan? I think Sakura-san has mentioned that name before...

The costume is a big, round pink-and-white dress with a heavily fluffy skirt. There's also a fluffy pink hat to go with it, too, with a ribbon behind. As a matter of fact, I believe there are many more ribbons on the dress as well...
