Sorry, but I remember when penguin-killing cold would have been preferable...Guess the new place has a better a/c. :)

Substantially better, yes, and not on the third floor. First floor, high-speed killer AC; it's great, except when that killer AC is competing with 35-degree temperatures outside to see who can kill me first.

You know, you can always stop by Home Depot or something.

I used to have a thermostat that "adjusted."
I would set it at 70 and it would run the AC or the heater...to keep it at that temp.
