Live and let Pie

yo,
So awhile back Paul Pope did a redraw of a Moebius panel out of his short
The apple pie.

I like treating this comics as a call and response, so I tried my hand at the same panel
but switched it up to be the Pie pie mermaid out of Dragon ball.

Moebius' "Apple Pie" is *very* inappropriate. Yet, this little Lolita thing is so perfect that she steps out of the realm of fantasy and into pure desire. She's the perfect vision of beauty that you can imagine being in those scenes w/o any of the touching. The embodiment of a Moebius' fantasy (though I agree with the pederasty)

You're a nice man Farel.
I wonder what he meant by that.
I sure hope drawings can be porn or else I wasted my youth.

I would never have thought of that drawing as a Moebius drawing. It looks like some thing Manara would do.
If Moebius were American he would have never done a drawing like that. I don't know if that is a good or a bad thing. I just think that in europe people are a lot less up tight. Over here Moebius might have been tossed in jail. Having said all that I think that taking sexual advantage of a minor. I just felt that I needed to make that very clear.

when i was a kid in the 80s it seemed like every non divorced family I knew had like a big collection of national geographic,it was something I'd notice when hanging out at a friends house,(strangely divorced families always seemed to have aquariums, non divorced ones didn't)
it was one of those magazines people just didn't toss out. or they just liked having a fat row of them golden spines filling up part of a book case. didn't know at the time but there is certainly a reason why those mags get saved.
