I'll miss you. I realize that I am leaving for acedemic reasons. But the fact that I wasn't happy with my social situation when I decided to transfer is ridiculous. I have tons of awesome friends, I don't know what got into me. I really hope I don't regret this decision. As long as transfering doesn't mean the end of these friendships,

Transferring doesn't mean the end of these friendships. Drake simply doesn't offer what you want in terms of an undergraduate education. For as much as you paid to study with Flanigan, you could get a much better musical education for less at Iowa.

I know you love veterinary medicine, but don't ever give up music. You have a gift, as well as the power and potential to use that gift to make the world a better place.

Also, when you transfer, you can't think of it as goodbye, just think of it as an "I'll see ya'll later." :).

Hey, you're not that far. And you won't regret the descision. Because you already are cool, so you'll make new friends, and trust me, the true friends you made at Drake will always be your friend. I transfered, its been a bitch, but i did It and at ONU I only had 2 real friends, and they are still my friends, thats Kat, who came all the way from OHIO for street painting, she's awesome. And my other friend Amy, whom I visited on my way home form Drake this Spring. No worries, all your Drake buddies will stay your friends, specially with you only being a few hours away, I was 4 states. Remember Debueque show, for drum corps, I will be there as well as the Ankeny show. :-D keep in touch, feel free to drunk dial me as well. Peace
