Well here I am, back from my long vacation from Livejournal. I've been thinking a lot about the advantages of LJ amd I'm not sure they add up. Xanga seems a little better fit for me, but there are two problems

I *think* there is a feature that allows you to log into different journal sites with the same user information. It might be for blogs that operate on the open source code that Live Journal uses. However, Xanga is set up differently than LJ. Maybe you can use the open ID feature on it. I don't know for sure though.

Welcome back...I switched back over to Xanga...I like the colors and everything. I don't know..I know if you have a xanga account then all your xanga friends that you are subscribed to you just click on "Read all subscriptions" and they all come up live live journal. I need a new lj name. I got bored with it. :-)

Welcome back , Jackie. Good to hear that Iowa is going so well for you -- almost makes me question whether or not I should have transferred there when I considered it way back when. I'd like to hear about the Hawkeye Marching Band.

I use Xanga.. i used it first before LJ. Xanga does have the thing to see all the recent updates of your friends. But there is no way to have non-xanga member leave a comment, users only may comment on Xanga. It keeps the trash down a bit better. I use both, just because then I cover a collage of friends between both.

Even my high school was black and gold, so that was all my wardrobe was. such a loss pains me, but perhaps we'll have a recap of our Orange Bowl year, minus the embarrassing loss to USC(bastards). well, you have a good one, and make sure your halloween stays open..... bye
