"It takes both," they said, "to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle."

I cut out all soda and energy drinks. I only drink water.
I go to the gym every day except Sunday, and on Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday I do pilates, Ashtanga yoga and Zumba dancing.

It's been two weeks.

it's possible it could be hormones? i was having an IMPOSSIBLE time losing weight... nothing i did helped even the slightest, i just kept gaining x_x and then i was on hormone meds (for a fertility treatment) and lost like 30 lbs over just a couple of months. so it's possible?
