Sunlight pours in through the high, stain glass windows of a huge hall, decorated through and through with flowers and silk streamers and ribbons. Each row of seats has a flower arrangement tied to the end, and there is a long white carpet leading down the middle.
The seats are filled with people of all kinds, from nobles to commoners, all with their heads turned as the sound of a wedding march begins to play. At the front of the altar is a young man some may recognize, dressed far more elegantly than he's probably comfortable with. But at the moment he doesn't really seem to mind, though his tail swishes back and forth with anticipation.
Large wooden doors open to reveal a young girl with soft purple hair carrying a basket of flower petals, strewing them this way and that as she walks down the aisle, accompanied but a young boy with a pointed hat carrying a small pillow with two rings placed on top. The young boy almost trips, but he manages to make it down the aisle finally. More parts of the wedding party step down the aisle, cherished friends of the one that's dreaming. Finally, Dagger steps into the main hall, garbed completely in white.
Her train of her gown sweeps along the floor, and her veil swishes behind her as she steps down the aisle, led on the arm of her uncle Cid. All eyes are on her, but her eyes are only on the man waiting for her at the end of the aisle. As she approaches, her smile becomes wider, until she can barely keep from grinning. Finally they stop at the altar, her uncle gives her away, and she steps up to the front of the church, giving her bouquet to her nearest bridesmaid before turning to meet the eyes of her groom.
As the officiator begins to speak, all Dagger can do is look at Zidane at her side. Her friends, family, and subjects watch as she marries the one she loves.
This is the happiest day of a girl's life.
[Instead of waking, Dagger continues to sleep on. No sense in waking up from such a good dream just yet.
But don't worry, you can wake her.]
