Already?

So, I have hit my goal weight already. I started at 335lbs. (and again I will mention I was 355 the month before surgery but first lost weight on a liquid diet) and am now 213. My goal was 214.5; I called the nutritionist to set a new goal so now I am heading toward 195 ( Read more... )

Nope, a party to choose what the fuck haircut I am going to get. I have been nagging a friend to find me a haircut b/c I am used to long hair and have no idea what would look good on me. I jockingly suggested she should make the theme of her party finding me a haircut, and she did just that.

I do not have a full-body after yet. I am going to try to take pics sometime this weekend.

I didnt see how you looked before, but for your height, your new weight sounds great right where it is. Anything more is just bonus here on out.

I lost a LOT of muscle and I still have a big gut and thighs. I am not saying I would be miserable at this weight, but I would love to lose more.

I weighed about 190 when I was out there last summer! Damn dude, you're rocking!

I have been exercising quite a bit this week. So, to keep you motivated:
I started Monday: 10 situps and pushups, and I was SORE the next day! heh. I'm up to 20 each of those now and 5 minutes of walking pace on my elliptical trainer. And I am exhausted after that! A whopping 7 minutes of exercise!

You must be throwing small automobiles around and leaping tall buildings and such!

You are taller than me and my weight is distributed funny. Not that I am complaining. And I can only do about 6 push ups but I couldn't do one a couple of months ago.

I can do the eliptical machine 10 minutes or even more if I pushed it.

I need to build the muscle back.
