So, I have hit my goal weight already. I started at 335lbs. (and again I will mention I was 355 the month before surgery but first lost weight on a liquid diet) and am now 213. My goal was 214.5; I called the nutritionist to set a new goal so now I am heading toward 195

I have been exercising quite a bit this week. So, to keep you motivated:
I started Monday: 10 situps and pushups, and I was SORE the next day! heh. I'm up to 20 each of those now and 5 minutes of walking pace on my elliptical trainer. And I am exhausted after that! A whopping 7 minutes of exercise!
You must be throwing small automobiles around and leaping tall buildings and such!

I can do the eliptical machine 10 minutes or even more if I pushed it.
I need to build the muscle back.
