It's been a while!!!!
It's been a long time since I got out and did some streaks/tags. Mainly 'cause the trains just kinda stopped layin' up around here. It's the way it goes, though. But, I did find a lay-up yesterday and being so tag-hungry, I turned right around and drove all the way out to it.
I must say that if you ain't never been on the wrong side of the tracks, you ain't missing nothing. Briars grow like mad there and, once they die and shrivel up, they are like goddamned barbed wire, man. Needless to say, my ankles were not happy about my idea.
So, I rolled down the side of this line of train, and I barfed this one up. Kind of a combination of another design idea I had, but, since I can't just call up Roy Berry's face in a moments notice (although I've heard Steve Bushemi is an ample substitute), I just went with the 'Jolly Royger'...complete with cross drumsticks.
Then, I always got to get a Lucero one in there. I'm drawn to these rusty cars, as I feel that they really add a lot of texture to it, and when you do it in brand new meanstreak, it kinda 'pops' off the train in a way.
Then to keep with yesterdays 'Atari' themes, this is one I had drawn up sometime ago, and luckily, the Atari logo is much simpler to call up than, say, Steve Bushemi's face.
And last, but, certainly not least...the L-Star. I found these two writers (that's what you call a person who does this sort of thing) in a 'war' of sorts with each other. Each one had written over the others pieces, so, I picked a very colorful spot to put an L-Star on there. I figured it looked like shit anyway, so why not pretty it up a bit. If I turn up dead in a few days, you will know that that was a bad idea.
I should really do an 'Issues!?!' tag complete with Mr. Stubblefield. That'd be funny as shit. Maybe. I dunno, yet. Enjoy, y'all.
