I wasn't really expecting a sweep, but it was nice.

I was in Boston the night of Game 4 and I made a point of getting out of the city before the game ended, since I was worried that there might be 2004-style rioting again.

There were no deaths this time as in 2004, but a car was turned over.

First of all I hate the bastards and I did not watch any of the games but I have to give the Sox their due. No one expected a sweep but it just remind us of something already well known. The AL teams seem to be better then the NL teams. The Red Sox spent a lot of money to put a good team together. Fools use to comment about the Yankees buying championships. Buying, stealing, whatever. The goal is to bring home that championship via whatever means possible. Since game 4 was in Col on a Sunday night I did not expect to much mayhem in Boston but I heard the Boston police were well prepared to deal with real issues. The Pats going into Indy this week. Should be a good game.
