So life's been interesting as of late: I moved and that went successfully, all thanks to my parents, but particularly my dad and neighbor Tak who pushed themselves physically to haul all my stuff from one apartment to the UHaul, and from the UHaul to the new apartment. Glad to see you're settling into life in Vista. Congrats if you did in fact get the job! We REALLY have to play tennis soon. Let's seriously just set up a time. :) Miss ya Roy.

Deal! Thanks, I found out today that I did get it. The pay isn't staggeringly high, but all the same it's more than what I've made in the past. I figure to start at 30K is really not terrible for a 22-year old and that it will allow me to live well enough. I'm just so glad to finally be working again. And to top it off, there aren't late shifts like 5pm to 1am+ that do a wonder on sleep habits and don't allow for weekend nights' parties. I'm happy. And yah, I've been hitting the courts and it's interesting...one group sucks and so that's no fun, then another group is absolutely amazing, and that's no fun for me either...it's fun, but when you're the worst, it's crushing. Meh, we get better with practice though. I'm so far away waaaaaaaaaaaah. In Irvine, I was 35 minutes away and we never got around to scheduling a gathering other than Jaymie's bday; now 1 HOUR 35 minutes away, we will just have to try harder to organize an event haha. Of course! I bought it Sunday, wasn't able to read cuz of work :( and finished it Monday night!

Seriously. One of the tough things about practicing for tennis is finding someone at or around your same level/rating. Though you're right that playing better people pushes you to up your game. So yeah, some time soon.. Life is hectic for me right now with work/class/moving, so maybe in a few weeks?

And for sure man, 30k at your first job is pretty dang good. I'm happy for ya!
